ON THE BALLOT
The following question will appear on the November 3, 2026 election ballot:
Shall the limiting rate under the Property Tax Extension Limitation Law for School District Number 45, DuPage County, Illinois, be increased by an additional amount equal to 0.2670% above the limiting rate for levy year 2025 for school purposes, including funding instructional programming, student support and services, operations and maintenance, and safety and security improvements, and be equal to 3.2229% of the equalized assessed value of the taxable property therein for levy year 2026?

VOTER QUALIFICATIONS
- A U.S. citizen.
- You may vote in the general election if you will be at least 18 years of age by November 3, 2026. Or, if you are 17 years old and will turn 18 by November 3, 2026.
- A resident of your precinct at least 30 days prior to Election Day.

You may register to vote online through the Illinois State Board of Elections website.
WAYS TO VOTE
Any eligible DuPage County registered voter may vote by mail beginning 40 days prior to an election. You may request a vote-by-mail application through DuPage County.
