Faith’s Law was passed by the 102nd General Assembly as Public Act 102-0676, which took effect on December 3, 2021, and Public Act 102-0702, which took effect on July 1, 2023.
Public Act 102-0702 requires new employment history reviews as part of the hiring and vetting process in Illinois schools. Employment History Review (EHR) requests should be sent to Deb Kolnick, District 45 Human Resources Specialist, at [email protected].
