Our Schools

Commitment to Equity

With the diverse population that D45 serves, we continuously strive to create an equitable environment that meets the needs of all. D45’s fundamental educational approach of constructivism recognizes that each individual learner comes to the classroom with unique knowledge and experiences.

Equity Statement

District 45 Referendum

In Spring 2020, the community helped pass a $30M referendum that will create a lasting impact on our District’s infrastructure and create the space and resources needed to advance the District’s curriculum and instruction into the future. Not only does this referendum provide a dedicated Early Childhood building and allow for the implementation of full-day kindergarten in the fall of 2022, but it includes updates to nearly every classroom in the District, provides significant technology updates, and improves our security. Joining our team now puts you at the starting line of all the incredible work to be done this year and beyond.

Referendum Information

District 45 is always looking for qualified individuals to serve as substitute teachers.
