Our District

District 45 serves a diverse student body of more than 3,100 children from Villa Park, Lombard, Oakbrook Terrace and Elmhurst. The District employs more than 500 highly-qualified staff dedicated to our seven core values. Each building is well-maintained, providing the most conducive environment for learning.

COMPETITIVE SALARIES AND BENEFITS

Therefore, we are committed to providing a comprehensive employee benefits program that helps our employees stay healthy, feel secure, and maintain a healthy work/life balance. We offer eligible employees medical, dental, and vision insurance, flexible spending accounts, and life, accident, and disability insurance. Certified teacher salaries for 2024-25 begin at $51,200 for a BA and $57,200 for an MA. Higher starting salaries are available based on experience and additional educational attainment. Tuition reimbursement and additional education lane movement are also available.
