Our Schools

Commitment to Equity

With the diverse population that D45 serves, we continuously strive to create an equitable environment that meets the needs of all. D45’s fundamental educational approach of constructivism recognizes that each individual learner comes to the classroom with unique knowledge and experiences.

Equity Statement

District 45 Referendum

In Spring 2020, the community helped pass a $30M referendum that will create a lasting impact on our District’s infrastructure and create the space and resources needed to advance the District’s curriculum and instruction into the future. Not only did this referendum provide a dedicated Early Childhood building and allow for the implementation of full-day kindergarten in 2022, but it also included updates to nearly every classroom in the District, along with significant technology updates and improved our security. Joining our team makes you a part of what our community’s commitment is doing for our students.

District 45 is always looking for qualified individuals to serve as substitute teachers.
