On October 17, the Early Childhood Center hosted an art exhibit that showcased crafts and paintings created by District 45’s youngest learners.
Families crowded around displays of forms of art that ECC students engage with during their school day, including scarecrows created with construction paper shapes, chickens made of paper plates, and watercolor monsters decorated with vibrant, fuzzy pom poms.
“The exhibit was a celebration of the creativity that each child has inside of them,” said ECC Parent Liaison Joy Trostle. “Our families are very interested in what their children are doing in school and were able to enjoy the many different forms of art that were displayed,” she said.
Way to come together to put on a fun show, Caterpillars! Thank you to all the families that came to support our fledgling artists!
