On March 15, Kindergarten students at Ardmore Elementary hosted some scaly, slithery creatures as Mr. Jeremy from Dave DiNaso’s Traveling World of Reptiles gave a special presentation. Students in Ms. Nunley, Mrs. Zappas, and Mrs. Shanahan’s classes got an up-close, live, hands-on experience with a tortoise, turtle, lizard, frog, and snake!
Our Eagles learned about how these reptiles live, how they survive, and why reptiles are necessary and beneficial to us and the environment. Students bravely volunteered to touch, hug, or hold the reptiles, and Mr. Jeremy was so fun and knowledgeable. Thank you to Mr. Jeremy and Dave DiNaso’s Traveling World of Reptiles for a fun, educational morning! What fun, Eagles!
