Below, please find resources, both local to DuPage County and beyond, of organizations that may provide a variety of assistance to families within District 45. This page is intended to be a reference for families and shouldn’t imply that the District has a connection to any of the organizations. Families are encouraged to connect with the organization to learn more.

People’s Resource Center 

How to get started: To request emergency financial assistance,  call 630-682-5402, extension 323 or email [email protected],org and leave a message with your name, phone number, and a short explanation of your situation. You will receive a call back from a volunteer or staff member.

ACCESS DuPage 

Access DuPage is a free program to help eligible residents of DuPage to receive low-cost primary health care services, as well as some other medical assistance.

Hamdard Health Alliance

Non-profit community health center that provides affordable care for those without insurance. Provides medical services such as primary care, behavioral health, pediatric care, and much more. Their Addison clinic is located at 228 E. Lake Street, Addison IL 60101.

NAMI DuPage

NAMI DuPage is a non-profit organization that aims to provide accessible counseling and support services for individuals with a mental illness and the families of a child with a mental illness. They offer a wide range of counseling services, support programs, and other recreational and social opportunities.
